Stav Shoval

Shoval works with acrylics in an automatic process, and is drawn to how colour behaves and changes in unpredictable ways on different surfaces. Her approach prioritises spontaneity rather than predetermined action, as she allows the material’s fluidity to naturally take shape. Her practice becomes a form of raw, emotional expression that is a place of self discovery which is driven by curiosity rather than constraint or conformity.
